CRTC takes client confidentiality seriously. All clinical information is held in strict confidence. Employers receive only what the client explicitly consents to share. We are not in the business of reporting to employers on clinical matters. Our relationship is with the client.
Programs are available at 30, 60, 90 and 120 days. The average length of stay is 60 to 90 days. This can be discussed directly with the client, the employer and our admissions team to find the arrangement that works practically. Many employers find that the 60 to 90 day range balances genuine clinical effectiveness with operational reality.
CRTC is a private pay treatment center. In many cases treatment is funded directly by the employer or through an EAP arrangement. We can provide invoicing, documentation and receipts in whatever format the employer's finance or HR team requires.
San José International Airport has direct flights from all major US and Canadian cities. Travel time from the US East Coast is approximately 5 hours. Our team handles airport transfer and arrival logistics. Getting an employee to Costa Rica for treatment is logistically straightforward.
Our aftercare program and clinical team can work with HR or EAP contacts on appropriate return to work planning and continuity of care support following discharge, with the client's consent.

CRTC operates two residential centers in Costa Rica under a single proprietary methodology: 4 Phases 1 Experience. Medical detox through residential treatment, outpatient and aftercare are all available within the same program.
