CRTC is a private pay center. We help you understand your options.
CRTC does not operate as an in-network insurance provider. Treatment is paid directly by the client or family. However we do assist clients in navigating out-of-network reimbursement claims where applicable.
Private pay
Why CRTC is private pay. And why that is a clinical advantage.
CRTC is a private pay treatment center. We do not work with insurance providers directly and are not in-network with any carrier.
This is not a limitation. It is a structural decision. Insurance-based programs are designed around what insurance will cover and for how long. Treatment decisions are shaped by reimbursement cycles rather than clinical need.
At CRTC every decision about your treatment is made by our clinical team based on your needs. Not on what your insurance will reimburse.
Out-of-network PPO reimbursement
We assist clients in navigating PPO reimbursement claims
While CRTC is not an in-network provider, some clients with PPO or international insurance plans may be eligible for partial out-of-network reimbursement. Reimbursement is never guaranteed and depends entirely on the specific carrier and policy.
We assist clients by providing supporting documentation and guidance for those seeking possible out-of-network reimbursement. We recommend contacting your insurer directly before admission. When calling your insurer ask: Do I have out-of-network mental health or substance use disorder benefits? What is my out-of-network deductible? What percentage does the plan reimburse after the deductible? Does my plan cover international treatment? What documentation will I need to submit a claim?
