Most treatment centers handle one phase of recovery and then hand the patient to someone else. A detox facility transfers to a residential program. A residential program discharges to outpatient. Each handoff breaks continuity, loses momentum and forces the patient to start over with a new team that does not know them.

Chapter I

Medical Detox

The foundation everything else is built on. Safe, medically supervised detoxification from substances under the care of our clinical and nursing team. Available for all substances including alcohol, opioids, benzodiazepines, stimulants and polydrug presentations.

Detox is not just clearing the body. It is the first act of care. The first moment a client experiences what it feels like to be supported rather than alone in what they are going through.

Who it's for
Anyone who needs medical supervision to safely clear substances before the residential program begins. Our team assesses each patient individually on arrival.
Duration
Varies by substance and individual. Typically 5 to 14 days.

Included in all program fees. Medical detox substances charged separately if required.

Chapter II

Residential Treatment

This is where the real work happens. Individualized therapy, group sessions, psychiatric support, holistic modalities and gradual real-world reintegration. All built around a treatment plan that was developed specifically for you.

Residential treatment at CRTC is not a standardized program applied to everyone. It is a deeply individualized experience shaped by what the clinical team learns about each patient during the initial evaluation period. The therapeutic stack is broad and the plan evolves as the patient progresses.

Who it's for
All clients. Residential is the core of the CRTC program and the phase in which the deepest clinical work takes place.
Duration
Programs available at 30, 60, 90 and 120 days. Average length of stay is 60 to 90 days.

Chapter III

Outpatient

You are ready to return to daily life. But you are not doing it alone. The outpatient phase bridges the structure of residential treatment with the reality of the world outside. Clinical support, check-ins and ongoing therapeutic work continue while the client begins to live the recovery they have been building.

Clients who have completed the residential phase and are ready to begin reintegrating into daily life with ongoing clinical support.

The outpatient program structure varies based on individual needs and circumstances. Our clinical team will discuss the appropriate pathway with each client.

Chapter IV

Aftercare

Discharge is not the end. It is the beginning of what the program was preparing you for. Our aftercare support keeps the team present in your life after you leave. Check-ins, support services, coordination with family and referrals to local recovery communities are all part of how we stay connected.

And if relapse occurs within 6 months of completing the 120-day program, the door is always open. Thirty days at no extra cost. Because your recovery does not end when you leave.
