Why 65% matters
Context for a number that deserves context
Addiction treatment outcomes data is notoriously difficult to compare. Different programs define relapse differently. Different programs measure at different timepoints. And many programs do not publish outcomes data at all because the numbers are not good.
The industry benchmark for abstinence at one year post treatment is generally cited between 40% and 60% depending on the substance and the study. Our figure of 65% represents abstinence without relapse at one year based on our own follow-up process with our own discharged clients.
We share this number because we believe transparency about outcomes is important. And because we believe our data reflects the quality of what we do.

Numbers on a page are one form of evidence. The 30-day relapse guarantee is another. Very few treatment centers offer a post-discharge guarantee of any kind because doing so means being accountable for outcomes in a very direct way.
We offer it because we are confident in the work we do. And because we believe that confidence should be backed by something concrete.
