Is CRTC accredited?
Yes. CRTC is fully licensed and accredited by IAFA, the Instituto sobre Alcoholismo y Farmacodependencia, and the Ministry of Health of Costa Rica. Both are the primary regulatory bodies for addiction treatment in the country.
How does the 30-day guarantee work?
If a client completes our 120-day program and loses their path within 6 months of discharge, they are welcome to return for an additional 30 days at no extra cost. It applies exclusively to the 120-day program.
How is the 65% abstinence rate measured?
We follow up with our own patients at one year post discharge. The 65% figure represents clients who report full abstinence at that point. It is based on our internal data, not an industry benchmark or third party estimate.
