Through the CRTC x VINOVA alliance every CRTC client now has access to Tier 2 integrative health services designed to support the biological foundations of recovery. These services complement our core addiction and mental health programming by helping clients address nutrition, nervous-system regulation, oxygenation, gut health, energy, inflammation and whole-body restoration.
A premium layer of medically informed wellness support for clients recovering from substance use, trauma, anxiety, depression and co-occurring conditions.
Substance use and mental health conditions affect the whole body
Addiction and mental health conditions do not only affect the mind.
They also affect sleep, stress response, nutrition, inflammatory pathways, digestive health, cellular energy and the body's capacity for self-regulation.
Many clients arrive at CRTC with bodies that have been significantly depleted by substance use. Sleep is disrupted. Nutrition is compromised. The nervous system is in chronic activation or shutdown. Gut health is affected. Cognitive function and energy are impaired.
Addressing these biological dimensions of recovery alongside the clinical and therapeutic work supports clients in stabilizing more fully, engaging more deeply in treatment and building a foundation for lasting recovery that includes the body as well as the mind.

Our addiction and mental health treatment program, including medical detox, residential treatment, psychiatry, individual therapy, group work, family therapy and recovery programming, remains at the core of what we offer. VINOVA Longevity Experts bring Tier 2 integrative health services that extend biological and wellness support around that clinical core. Diagnostics, nutritional planning, nervous-system support, oxygenation therapies, microbiome evaluation and restorative therapies are all available as adjunctive services for CRTC clients.

01 Medical and diagnostic foundation
Medical consultation, laboratory diagnostics, epigenetics, microbiota analysis, food intolerance and gluten intolerance testing, telomere testing where appropriate. Supports a clinically informed view of each client's individual biological picture.
02 Nervous system and cognitive support
NESSA neurotherapy, cranial laser, neural therapy, nootropics. May help support sleep quality, cognitive function and nervous-system signal optimization during recovery.
03 Oxygenation and cellular energy
Hyperbaric therapy, H2 hydrogen therapy, negative oxygen therapy, ozone blood filter, localized ozone therapy, intravenous laser. Supports cellular energy and oxygenation, which may help with fatigue, recovery engagement and physical restoration.
04 Nutrition and gut-brain axis
Nutritional plan, microbiome evaluation, food sensitivity work, IV therapies, targeted supplementation. Addresses nutritional depletion common in recovery and supports gut-brain health.
05 Restorative body support
Lymphatic drainage, biomagnetism, dextrose, body treatments, PRP, exosomes where clinically appropriate. Supports physical restoration and body-level recovery from the effects of substance use.

What Tier 2 access includes
Tier 2 access through the CRTC x VINOVA alliance provides the following service levels for eligible CRTC clients.

The core integrative health program. Medical consultation, diagnostics, nervous-system support, oxygenation therapies, nutritional planning and restorative modalities.

3 advanced wellness sessions
More specialized services selected based on individual health profile and recovery stage.

Integrated into your treatment from arrival to discharge
The CRTC x VINOVA alliance gives clients access to a personalized integrative recovery pathway. Tier 2 services are scheduled around the therapeutic program and selected based on medical review, recovery goals and clinical appropriateness.

Integrative recovery alongside the full CRTC therapeutic stack
Tier 2 services sit alongside our clinical and holistic program as an additional layer of biological support. They are scheduled around the therapeutic program so that the clinical work always remains the foundation.
All CRTC clients have access to Tier 2 services through the VINOVA alliance. Specific services are selected based on medical screening, clinical fit, treatment stage and scheduling.
Does this replace therapy or psychiatric care?
No. Tier 2 is an adjunctive layer. CRTC clients continue to receive evidence-based addiction and mental health treatment as the foundation of care. VINOVA services support and complement that foundation. They do not replace any part of it.
What types of services are available?
Diagnostic, nutritional, nervous-system support, oxygenation, IV wellness, microbiome evaluation, restorative body support, oral health and select wellness supports. Specific services are determined individually based on medical review.
Who determines what a client receives?
The clinical and medical team in coordination with CRTC treatment planning and individual client goals. No service is provided without appropriate medical screening.
Why is this useful in recovery?
It supports stabilization, sleep quality, energy, nutrition, inflammation balance, gut-brain health and treatment engagement during core programming.
Are results guaranteed?
No. Outcomes vary by individual. Tier 2 services support the recovery process alongside the core clinical program.
Is Tier 2 included in the program fee?
Please speak with our admissions team for current information on how Tier 2 services are structured within the overall program fee.
Tier 2 services are supportive and adjunctive. They do not replace medical detox, psychiatric care, psychotherapy, medication management, emergency services, or evidence-based substance-use and mental-health treatment. Eligibility and service selection are determined individually.
