Pack light. Everything essential is provided.

At CRTC the program is all-inclusive. Meals, accommodation and all daily essentials are provided. You do not need to bring much. This page gives you the complete list of what is appropriate and what is not.

What to bring

Seven days of comfortable clothing and a few essentials

01 Medications

  • Current prescription medications in the original pharmacy bottle with the information label intact
  • A doctor-issued list of all your medications and dosages
  • Any liquid medications must be new and sealed
What is provided

Everything below is provided as part of the program

The program fee covers everything you need for a safe, supported and therapeutic stay.

Accommodation

Confidential personalized treatment plan. Specialized staff and support team. Single and double occupancy bedrooms. Gardens throughout the facility. Warm and welcoming living spaces.

Meals and daily life

Nutritious meals prepared daily by our chef. Convenience store open 7 days a week. Free Wi-Fi. 24/7 supervision and security.

Wellness and activities

Gym, yoga and meditation areas. Transportation to and from English-speaking 12-step meetings. English-speaking recovery community. Outdoor field trips and activities. Access to beaches and nature exploration. Hikes with breathtaking views.

What not to bring

The following items are not permitted at the center

  • Revealing or inappropriate clothing (no references to sex, drugs, alcohol, violence, gambling, profanity or gangs)
  • Drugs and alcohol
  • Narcotics or unauthorized prescription drugs
  • Weapons of any kind including sharp objects, scissors and knives
  • Pornography
  • Food and drinks
  • Toiletries and beauty products that contain alcohol including mouthwash and perfume
  • Unapproved or previously opened over-the-counter medication
  • Nail polish, polish remover or synthetic nail products
  • Video games or DVDs
  • Sporting equipment
  • Aerosols of any kind
  • Cleaning supplies
  • Large electronics including televisions, gaming consoles or desktop computers
  • Candles and incense
