Some people need the structure and energy of an urban residential setting. Others need stillness, privacy and immersion in nature. Both needs are valid. Both are served.

Located in the Rohrmoser district of San José, Costa Rica's capital city. A warm residential environment built for the work of recovery. Structured daily programming, close clinical supervision and a genuine sense of community within a safe and contained space.

With a maximum of 18 patients, the team at San José truly knows every person in the program. The urban setting provides therapeutic distance from home while keeping the energy and rhythm of city life present in the background.

What is the difference between San José and Riverside?

San José is an urban residential environment in the heart of Costa Rica's capital city. It offers structure, clinical depth and a contained community setting. Riverside is a private mountain retreat in Atenas with all private rooms, a pool and deep immersion in nature. Both deliver the same clinical program and the same team.

How many patients are at each center?

San José has a maximum capacity of 18 patients. Riverside has a maximum capacity of 10 patients. The small scale is intentional so every person is genuinely known by the team.

Are shared rooms available?

Shared rooms are available at San José from $8,950 per month. All rooms at Riverside are private.

How do I get to the centers from the airport?

San José International Airport serves both centers. San José Rohrmoser is a short drive from the airport. Riverside in Atenas is under an hour. Our team handles airport transfer for all arriving patients.

Which center is right for me or my loved one?

That is a conversation we are happy to have. There is no single right answer. It depends on the person, the situation and what kind of environment will best support recovery. Call us and we will help you decide.
